Delete your account
Last updated 4 October 2026
This applies to Matrimony. The Bible and Tamil Christian Songs apps have no account to delete — uninstalling them removes everything they kept, which is the downloaded content on your phone.
From inside the app
Open Matrimony, go to your profile, then settings, then delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm. This is the quickest route and takes effect immediately.
If you’ve already uninstalled it
Email support@tixfar.com from the address you signed up with, and say that you want the account deleted. We use the address to confirm it’s your account — so please write from that address rather than another one. We’ll confirm when it’s done, within 30 days and usually within a few.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and everything you filled into it
- Every photo you uploaded
- Your identity document and verification selfie
- Horoscope details, if you added any
- Your matches and the conversations attached to them
- Your email address and sign-in details
What we keep, and for how long
If a report was made about your profile, we keep the report and the decision for up to 12 months. That is so somebody who has been blocked for harassing other members cannot clear the record by deleting the account and signing up again. It holds no more than is needed for that.
Anonymous counts — how many accounts were created in a month, for instance — stay, because they are not about you and cannot be traced back to you.
